This circular walk offers some great views around Rossen Clough.
(D/A) Take the footpath off Hollin Road to Rossen Clough past Redwood Farm and then on towards Higher Pethills Farm. This part of the walk is very muddy in places in winter and quite difficult to navigate.
(1) Continue on from Higher Pethills Farm until reaching a path on the right hand side before Brooms and follow the path to the A54 and turn right.
(2) Follow the A54 for a short while and then turn right along the Gritstone Trail towards the radio transmitter. Continue on towards the Hill of Rossenclowes and then to Foxbank Farm and down to Hollin Road.
(3) Turn right at Hollin Road and back to the start of the walk.(D/A)
