Start at Lake Saramon (alternative start at Boulaur Town Hall).
Car park opposite the lake and the entrance to the leisure centre. PR® signposting at the start next to the entrance to the leisure centre.
(S/E) Opposite the leisure centre, turn left until you reach the crossroads.
(1) Follow the PR® No. 2 signposts and walk around the lake on the left-hand side. On the other side, head towards the footbridge on the left. In the meadow, keep to the left-hand side and follow the path to La Bourdette.
(2) At the junction with the road, turn left. Cross the D626 with care to reach another fork.
(3) Follow the PR®2 signposting and climb up the path on the right. At the junction with the road, turn left. Cross the farmyard and continue along the path which goes straight down. At the bottom, rejoin the road.
(4) Turn right onto the small tarmac road until you reach a four-way junction.
(5) Turn left towards the village of Boulaur. Cross the bridge.Take care at the junction with the D12; keep to the left and cross to climb up to the village.
(6) Pass the town hall and follow the path down to the left to reach the Ruisseau de Pouzaques. Head towards the hamlet of La Pouzaque.
(7) Turn left and continue right towards La Vieille Tuilerie, then immediately left. At the top of the path, turn right to go round the farm and the château.
(8) Pass between the barn and the farm buildings, skirting the farm, and head down behind the Château du Karabé. Arrive at Le Ténac.
(9) After Le Ténac, turn left, cross the bridge and head back towards the village of Saramon.
(10) At the end of the street, turn right onto the D626, Route de Gimont. At the third junction, turn left onto the Grande Rue and then right to pass in front of the church. Turn right onto Rue du Casal Commun and then left towards the stadium. Go round the football pitch to reach the Chemin de Ronde and the lake. You will arrive at the junction from the outward journey.
(1) Head straight ahead to follow the route in reverse and return to the lake and the car park (S/E).
