Lower Austria walks

Second stage of a bike ride on dedicated cycle paths along the Austrian Danube with the aim of travelling from Linz to Vienna in four stages. The route is flat and without any notable difficulties. Traffic on the cycle paths varies depending on the location, but can be quite heavy on the outskirts of towns and villages. The region is very beautiful with bucolic landscapes. Austrians are very friendly and always willing to provide information and help. The food is excellent, from salads to pastries and simple sandwiches, so don't hesitate to enjoy it.
