Start: Park on the shoulder of Duncan Bay Main Forest Service Road (N 50.03861 W 125.28843)
(S/E) From your car, head down to join the main trail.
(1) Turn right into the forest and follow the path running parallel to the river until you reach Waypoint 2.
(2) At the trail junction, both paths reconnect, but you can take the right-hand fork for a slightly shorter route.
(3) Cross the footbridge over the river, offering great water views depending on the season, and continue along the trail until it joins the main path leading to the Elk Falls Suspension Bridge.
(4) Cross the Elk Falls Suspension Bridge, stopping along the span or at the far viewing platform for spectacular panoramic views of the canyon and Elk Falls.
(5) Once you’ve finished admiring the falls, retrace your steps back along the trail to return to your vehicle.(S/E)
