Description of the walk

We chose this walk because it was extremely hot and most of the route is through woodland. Despite the recent hot weather, the undergrowth was still very muddy. When it rains, it must be very difficult in some places...
At point 6, leaving the path at the start of a track through the woods, we climbed over a wooden fence with barbed wire. We crossed one or more meadows, perhaps what the author referred to as clearings, as the boundaries between them were not very clear. Then we came out again, climbing over the barbed wire... All this without seeing any animals or crops... We had descended a little too early to cross the stream at the bottom of the meadow, so we climbed back up and down again!
We always use GPX tracks, so we are not too dependent on written explanations, which can sometimes be too limited, open to interpretation and subject to changes in the terrain.
There may be a possible detour to avoid crossing private property, but it was really too hot to extend the trip that day, so we broke the rules!
From point 8, there's about 500 metres to go on the road, which isn't very nice to end the ride. There's supposed to be a path that shortens this section, but we couldn't find it...
A pleasant walk with plenty of parking at the starting point, at the hunters' hut.

Difficulty between points 6 and 7. No path when you reach the bottom of the field (descent from 6). I found an animal trail through the xaxi to get down to the stream on the right, which I followed to the road (machete very useful). We also had to climb over barbed wire and walk along a field that is sometimes used to graze sheep in other seasons. I'm not sure the owner is very happy about this, as he hasn't provided a gate or ladder. The barbed wire had been cut to allow access to the road from the field. Next time, I'll look for a way to avoid going into the field.
From the road, at the confluence of the streams, the path to point 7 is good but not easy to find (I've been there before, it's easier to find in the other direction). You have to cross the stream and walk up it a few metres before the path climbs up to the pylon (7).

At the end of the hike, the path below the road that starts from the car park is often very muddy. That was the case yesterday.

No problems on the other sections. It's a beautiful route.

The start was very pleasant, with lovely views, but at points 7 and 8
it was very, very difficult to find the trails, even impossible to find!!!

A pleasant hike because it's off the beaten track, but almost too much so!
Between points 2 and 3, it was impossible to find the path leading down to the stream, among the many dead and thorny trees. The GPS enabled us to follow the route by cutting through the vegetation. The same thing happened a little further on after the first clearing.
Beautiful fern groves and trees, and a quick encounter with a grouse!
A large pile of rubbish, including a sofa, oven, etc. At the edge of a wood, unfortunately we forgot to note the exact location.

This could be a nice route. Unfortunately, it is not signposted and is not maintained in the very wooded sections. Several changes of direction are confusing, so it's a bit of a gamble for people who don't have a good sense of direction. Some very muddy sections make progress quite difficult. Not suitable for young children.
