Park in the Luminy car parks, just opposite the School of Architecture, where there are plenty of spaces available.
(S/E) Head straight south and take the discovery trail, ignoring the paths branching off to the left and right. Arrive at Col de Sugiton.
(1) Head left and, at the hairpin bend, continue to the right. You will reach another hairpin bend.
(2) Continue along the track on the left, passing under the Luminy cliffs to reach another hairpin bend.
(3) Look for the clearly visible start of a path on the right that climbs towards the Aiguille Guillemin, and continue until you reach the foot of the peak. The climb is not too difficult, but you may need to use your hands to help you reach the summit. Head south and walk for about a hundred metres.
(4) Take a trail that climbs to the right and climb several steps to reach the summit. Each secondary summit is crowned with either a cross or cairns.
(5) Enjoy the 360° view from the summit of Mont Puget, then continue along the ridge path to reach a T-junction.
(6) Turn right, heading south. Join a wider path and follow it to the right to reach the Col de la Candelle.
(7) Here you will find theGR® 51 and 98 trails. Continue downhill, taking theGR® trail on the right, marked in red and white. Wind your way down, enjoying the stunning views of the sea and the calanques. After a short climb, you will reach another high point.
(8) Caution: begin a rather tricky descent where you must ignore all the paths branching off to the right or left. You will reach the track leading to the Falaise des Toits.
(9) Take it on the right and continue straight ahead to return to the Col de Sugiton crossroads you passed on the way there.
(1) Continue straight ahead and follow the same route as on the way up to return to the Luminy car parks (S/E).
