Start: Grézillé (the village wash house) - Markings: Yellow - Suitable for hybrid/mountain bikes
(S/E) From the wash house, turn left onto Rue des Lavandières. At the crossroads, turn right then left onto Rue de la Tremblay and continue to the Tremblay cross.
(1) Turn right, then immediately left. Continue to the junction.
(2) Turn left then right, passing the cave dwellings. Continue along this road, then turn left onto the small path just before the junction. Follow this path to the end.
(3) Turn right, then take the first path on your right and follow it to Moulin Tracas.
(4) Turn left onto a small path and follow it to the end.
(5) Turn left then right, rejoining the road (D176). Turn left then take the first path on the right. At the crossroads, continue straight ahead, then take the third path on the right. Follow it to the end.
(6) Turn right, then immediately left. At the end of the track, turn left and rejoin the road.
(7) Turn right, then right again. Continue straight on until you reach the crossroads.
(8) Turn left, continue to the next junction. Turn right under the power line, then right again. Continue until you reach the main road.
(9) Turn left, then take the second right. Continue to the road. Turn left and go to the crossroads at a place called La Rue.
(10) Turn right, then right twice. Take the small path that leads into the woods. At the end of the path, turn left and rejoin the road.
(11) Cross over to the other side and, at the end of the path, turn left. Continue to the hamlet known as Le Sablon.
(12) Turn left into Rue de la Mairie. Continue straight on and, at the crossroads, turn left twice to return to the starting point (S/E).
