Dunnamore Riverside Walk
An attractive short circular walk along the Ballinderry River linked with several road sections. The Ballinderry River is a game fishing river, home to kingfishers and many aquatic plants like crow foot, also an area of special scientific interest.

Description
Start : Killucan Picnic site car park along A505, Dunnamore, Cookstown (BT80 9RP). Signposted off the A505 Cookstown to Omagh Road (10 miles from Cookstown)
(D/A)Starting at Killucan Picnic site car park, cross the footbridge over the Ballinderry River. Turn left following the riverside path (marked) in a clockwise direction (West) along the river.
(1) As you reach Barony Road (A505), turn right (West) and walk along the roadside verge (around 530 m).
(2) Turn right (North) along Mill Road to the car park, cross the road bridge. Turn right and walk along the riverside path, past an old stone barn into Dunnamore village.
(3) At the junction with C612, turn right (South-East), walk up through the village along C612 for around 800m, past the school, housing, chapel.
(4) Turn right (South) downhill, then turn left along Ballinderry riverside returning to Killucan car park. (D/A)
