(S/E) When leaving the car park, turn left, leaving the roundabout on your left, and walk up the tarmac road (Rue Jacques Ramo) for 150 m.
(1) Take the path on the right towards Cosprons (signposted) and you will come out at Coll Perdiguer at a road (there are two old fire hydrants on the left).
(2) Cross this tarmac road and head south down the path to a track. Follow it to the left for a few dozen metres (there is a beautifully restored casot on your left) and take the path on the right (cairn). Walk alongside a vineyard on your right, taking care not to miss the steep path on your left. Further down, cross a tarmac road, go down the gully and climb up to the Cosprons water tower. Continue for a few metres and turn left downhill.
(3) At the church, continue downhill to the bottom of the street (ignore the yellow cross). Go down a few steps opposite and turn right. Just before the Cosprons stream, turn left (Banyuls-sur-Mer). Further on, cross the bridge on the right and join a cross-country track.
(4) Follow it to the left through the vineyards. You will come to a T-junction. Turn left so that you stay on the track between the vineyards.
(5) Leave the return path on your left. Descend into the bed of the Rec de Cosprons and finally pass under the arch of the railway bridge.
(6) Immediately afterwards, take the marked path on the right. You will reach Coll de Pere Carnera and the D914 roundabout.
(7) Cross it and climb the concrete track, at its start, on the left, north-east, along Puig de les Elmes and rejoin the coastal path at a fork. Very beautiful panorama.
Much further on, join the Sentier du Littoral coastal path.
(8) Follow it to the left downhill and a little further on you will reach Anse de Paulilles beach.
(9) Cross the site on the left, go under the D914 tunnel and reach the Paulilles car park.
(10) Walk along the car park on the left to find the riverbed and the railway bridge you passed earlier.
(6) Turn right to pass underneath and, this time, continue straight on for about a hundred metres until you reach a fork.
(5) Take the marked path on the right (sign), cross the Rec de Cosprons and continue through the vegetation.
there are numerous signs with recommendations concerning road crossings, flood risks and respect for the vineyard. Stay on the marked path. Thank you.
Cross the D86a and cross the Còrrec d'Oliva de Rama twice. Cross a track, continue through the vineyards and pine forest and finally reach Coll del Mig.
(11) Cross the tarmac road and descend along the Mas Rovira housing estate on the right. At the end of the housing estate, climb the embankment on the left to reach the Pont de l'Amour. Descend the road on the right (Rue Jacques Ramo) to the car park (S/E).
