Start : Tredle Naes car park
(S/E) From the car park at Tredle Naes , walk towards the Trelde Noesve buildings and sign entrance. With your back to the toilets, cross the road and take the path in front of you. You now have the building on your left-hand side and the water in front of you. Cross two inclined wooden gates. (Make sure you close them behind you). At the junction, as the path curves right into the woodland follow the green arrow indicating to go right.
(1) At the next path junction, turn right (you can make a detour straight to see the water if you wish) and cross the plank bridge. Walk for quite a while along this single track with the beach on your left. At some stage, you go past a stoned monument on your left before going down to reach a junction.
Here you can make a detour on your left towards the water otherwise carry straight on past the Naturcentre building and carry on reading from waypoint (2).
If you turned left towards the water, you reach a wooden jetty. Turn right here along the beach (you can spot the building on your right-hand side), and pass a second jetty left. From this second wooden jetty, turn right. With the jetty in your back, walk towards the building. On the way, you pass some tables and a fire pit.
(2) When you get to the main footpath, here you can turn right to visit the Naturcenter otherwise turn left away from it. Keep going straight following the green arrow with the water on your left-hand side. At the next Y junction, there is a wooden post with a green square at the top. Take the path on your right hand, not the path near the water, but the one going towards the woods and a gravel path.
When you start walking on the gravel path, you can spot a wooden and straw building on your right. You now walk between a hedge on your left and a field on your right. Keep following the green arrow between two hedges now and as you enter the woodland. Carry on the same path and on the way find little beach access on your left.
(3) Eventually, you get to a junction with a wooden table and viewpoint on your left. After enjoying the view, go back to the Y junction where you turn then right towards "Troldehuset" and walk towards the buildings with the water at your back. Enjoy the "Trolde Huset" buildings as you pass them on your right hand. Follow this wide path through the woodlands. On the way, spot on your right the building we saw before on the way up.
Go past an open area with a building in front of you and the water quite far on your right behind the tree line. Then pass a pond on your left hand behind the trees before reaching the "Naturskolen" on your right hand.
(4) Just after the "Naturskolen" building there is a junction where you have two choices. You can carry straight on back to the Naturcener and to the car otherwise turn left. Walk on this straight footpath through the woods. At the 4 ways path junction keep straight, the same at the next junction, keep straight.
Be careful, at the next junction, do not go towards the water, keep right following the green arrow towards "Nassel rundt". Follow a path covered by wooden pieces then become a single track. Keep this most obvious path straight with the water on your left hand. When you encounter a wooden post with a green arrow keep straight with the water left and the same at the next wooden post or follow the green arrow sign. On the way, you can spot some open views of the water.
Eventually, you will cross a wooden plank bridge and at the next junction, keep following the green arrow right. At the next junction, keep straight. Be careful.
(5) At the junction with a wooden plank bridge and the green arrow indicating right keep straight across the wooden plank bridge. Do not follow the green arrow. At the next junction, there is a wooden signpost with a white sign on it. Do not turn left down to the water, keep straight. Keep straight crossing two wooden plank bridges. When you spot wooden shelters, keep straight through the firepit area and the shelters. As you pass then, look on your right for a wooden path.
Walk on the planks and at the next T junction, turn left. As the path curves right, keep right ignoring the single track coming from the left. Keep straight for quite a while on this single track. At the next obvious path junction turn left towards another Y junction from where you can spot a house in front of you behind the trees. Here, turn right, away from the house. Now there is the horse field and the house on your left as the path curves right. After a few paces, at the next junction with a wooden post keep straight ahead.
(6) When you reach a chain and a green arrow on a wooden post, turn right towards the road. At the road junction, turn right again following the green arrow on the wooden post. Walk safely on the pavement up to the 50 km road sign. A few paces after the road sign, cross the road with care to find the footpath at the wooden signpost "Trelde Klint" and the green arrow sign. Walk straight through the woods with the campground on your left-hand side.
At the next junction, you now have the water in front of you and the green arrow on a wooden post, turn right following this arrow. Now you walk straight with the water on your left-hand side. On the way, views are left on the water. Keep following the green arrow straight when you encounter one. Eventually, you reach the path junction you encountered at waypoint (1).
This time, turn right. Then keep straight following the green arrow sign and walk across the wooden plank bridge but this time walk the steps up the hill. Go through the two inclined wooden gates then walk back to your car at Tredle Naes. (S/E)
