Description of the walk

This 22 km walk starts in the hamlet of Groynne and takes you on a discovery of the woods around Coutisse and Andenne. You begin your journey in the countryside, on a section of the GR®575. Enjoy it, as this is one of the most beautiful paths in the area! You then carefully cross the Chaussée de Ciney before reaching the Bois d'Heer in the direction of Coutisse. Along the way, you will see the beautiful Ferme de Leumont, the hamlet of Grande Croix and its old farm. You then arrive in Coutisse and continue along the narrow streets to the hamlet of Les Vieux-Tauves. Cross the road carefully to reach the hamlet of Treton. Then continue towards the Bois des Arches. Don't hesitate to take a short detour to the charming Ferme des Arches Royales. You will arrive at the hamlet of Grosse and its majestic farm, then at the Bois de Paspau. Cross the road again to return to the Bois d'Heer, where you will discover the picturesque Moulin de Kevret. The walk continues towards Hautebise, Chawagne and Grande France. Please note that the last section of the path is narrow (it is possible to bypass it via the Sentier aux Fraises and Rue Hermoncroix). You will arrive at the magnificent viewpoint of Calvaire, an old procession route that takes you back through the narrow streets to the town centre. Behind the Andenne Arena, you will pass through a surprising place called Fond du Chenal. Please note that the path narrows to 1.5 metres at a small bridge (you can bypass this by taking Rue Sous-Stud). You then climb up into the Bois de Stud, where you reach the Andenne Golf Course. You finish your tour by taking the small streets back to your starting point!
