Departure from the La Bande à Fakir car park, Chemin des Bruisses.
(S/E) Continue along Chemin des Bruisses until you reach Route de Nice.
(1) Turn left onto Route de Nice, then cross the Grives roundabout using the pedestrian crossings and continue on the D4, Route de Biot, using the pavement. Join no. 339.
(2) Take Chemin de Villebruc on the left (a quiet, residential paved road) and follow it to the end.
(3) At the roundabout, turn left, cross the car park of the Lycée Simone Veil, entering via the exit and leaving via the entrance. Cross the main road with caution and join the cycle path via the pedestrian crossing.
(4) Follow the cycle path until the left-hand bend.
(5) Take the forest path on the right, ignore the turn-off on the right, and continue to a fork in the road.
(6) Turn left and keep right at the next two forks until you reach a road (Chemin de la Verrière).
(7) Cross the road and take the small path on the left. At the next junction, turn right and continue straight ahead, ignoring the turn-offs on either side, until you reach a fork a few metres before a ford.
(8) Keep left, cross the ford and continue along the track until you reach a four-way junction.
(9) Take the second track on the right, pass close to an underground fire reservoir and continue to the next fork.
(10) Take the track on the left and reach a four-way junction.
(11) Turn left and return to the junction you have already passed.
(9) Continue on the second track on the left, pass under a power line and arrive at a fork.
(12) Keep left and follow the Piste de la Calanque to the bottom of the valley. Cross the ford and then go up the tarmac road (closed to traffic).
(13) At the crossroads, turn right and take the pavement on the right to follow the street (Avenue de Pierrefeu) to the Grives roundabout.
(1) First turn left then right and take Chemin des Bruisses in the opposite direction to the way you came, using the pedestrian crossings to reach the La Bande à Fakir car park (S/E).
