A fairly easy and very pleasant walk connecting a small village to a slightly larger town. The start is a little steep, but the walk is worth the effort, with breathtaking scenery. An accessible walk in a less frequented part of Abruzzo

We are not very athletic and only go hiking a few days a year.
Please note that after KM 9, I choose to cut straight across, off the trail. The trail leading south is not maintained and is very steep. We had a bit of difficulty, whereas the path indicated on my route is more passable.
