- 1 : km 0 - alt. 142 m - Begin with one lap around the track
- 2 : km 0.36 - alt. 146 m - Continue on sidewalk in front of Hollymead Elementary, towards Powell Creek Dr.
- 3 : km 0.56 - alt. 143 m - Cross Powell Creek Dr and turn right. Continue on footpath for approximately 1/2 mile. You will pass a traffic circle and Hollymead Lake.
- 4 : km 1.35 - alt. 139 m - At the first crosswalk past the lake, cross Powell Creek Dr (Timberwood Pwy) and head back to the school complex.
- 5 : km 2.14 - alt. 143 m - Turn back into the school parking lot and follow the sidewalks in front of Lakeside Middle back to the starting point.
