- 2 : km 36.24 - alt. 277 m - May be swampy. - If impassable, workaround to the west.
- 3 : km 42.75 - alt. 251 m - Gates - A couple gates that a bike will not fit through, so bike will need to be lifted over fences.
- 4 : km 52.31 - alt. 303 m - Shelter - Right along road (no vehicles allowed around lake), but people do camp here (free).

- 6 : km 64.02 - alt. 580 m - unnamed
- 7 : km 64.44 - alt. 572 m - Swampy area until boardwalk. - If it has rained in recent days, the trail from here to the boardwalk will be passable, but swampy and involve hike-a-bikes. Take workaround on RV4 to the Signal de Botrange if you don't feel like getting muddy.

- 11 : km 140.11 - alt. 460 m - Cut through woods - Cut through woods around here to get onto road. Road along railroad tracks ends, though it is possible to keep riding on the side of the tracks for a few hundred feet after the road ends to rejoin the route. Watch for trains...
- 12 : km 348.08 - alt. 85 m - Singletrack up ahead - Singletrack on opposite riverbank is mostly rideable and fun, though there are downed logs and obstacles that require getting off the bike. Stay on RV7 if not interested.
