- 2 : km 0.55 - alt. 161 m - Cross the bridge and turn LEFT on to the RIVER TRAIL
- 3 : km 3.49 - alt. 156 m - Continue on the RIVER TRAIL until FORD STREET
- 4 : km 3.58 - alt. 158 m - Turn RIGHT on FORD STREET and then RIGHT to MT HOPE.
- 5 : km 4.11 - alt. 168 m - Turn RIGHT on to McLEAN Street
- 6 : km 4.38 - alt. 156 m - Turn LEFT on to WILSON BLVD
- 7 : km 5.24 - alt. 158 m - Take WILSON to INTERCAMPUS DRIVE turn LEFT
- 8 : km 6.18 - alt. 165 m - Take INTERCAMPUS DR to TRUSTEEE ROAD and TURN RIGHT

- 10 : km 6.43 - alt. 157 m - Cross Street and Take the RIVER TRAIL under the ELMWOOD AVE Bridge
- 11 : km 7.19 - alt. 156 m - Follow RIVER TRAIL to te first bridge, cross and turn RIGHT
- S/E : km 7.55 - alt. 159 m - Follow trail back to the GVWC
