Notes

The coastal path near the Chapelle Saint-They can be very busy during the summer months.

The route of the GR®34, shown in purple on the IGN map, is not always accurate, as some sections have been rerouted due to coastal erosion. Be sure to follow the GR® markings (white and red) and do not stray from them, both for obvious safety reasons and to protect the vegetation, which is very fragile in places.

Spring is the ideal time to explore these paths, where, amongst other things, sea thrift, wild hyacinth, broom and gorse are in bloom.

Alternative car park at Pointe du Van.

A magnificent walk, very easy, with superb views of the island of Sein and the Pointe du Raz on one side, and the headlands towards Douarnenez on the other. A sight you never tire of on this rugged coastline.

A short, easy walk with stunning views and plenty of opportunities to carry on further.
Less crowded than Pointe du Raz (which is obviously also well worth a visit!!)
Highly recommended
