(S/E) The plough pub offers car parking, of which will walk taking a right turning out of. Proceed on the road down the hill, signs should appear on your immediate right signalling a public footpath. Follow the path directly through the field admiring the cattle and scenery until meeting the road.
(1) Make a right turn along it (Parsonage Lane). You will arrive at a T-junction at which you will turn left.
(2) Make a right turn following the road down the hill. You will reach the entrance to the next footpath at metal gates on the left hand side of the road, this appears just ahead of an orange mirror placed on the road.
(3) Proceed through the sheep field often dotted with lively lambs when in season directly on the other side of the field is a kissing gate, walk through this and the following kissing gate to enter the next field and footpath. Follow the footpath straight through the park until reaching a wooden gate at the bottom, proceed onto the road.
(4) Make a left turn up to the road. Follow the road until it spilts at which point you will bear left.
(5) Shortly after this you will make an immediate right turn passing residential housing. Follow this country lane up the hill until it meets a T-Junction.
(6) Turn left and continue on this road past Leggats Farm on your right following the hill downwards.
(7) When the road fork bear left following the road up the hill to the Plough where you parked your car to enjoy a relaxing refreshment.(S/E)
