Other walks in the area
Fox Island
A beautiful walk through the coastal moors, we saw three fox droppings and crossed the colourful fishing village of Chapney's. Park in the car park at the entrance to the village. Follow the signs. However, access to Fox Island via the isthmus is closing, vegetation is growing back, and access is difficult with ropes. The walk indicated on the sign offers a 5.5 km circuit. Geological curiosity in the village.
Cape Shore Trail
A beautiful round trip walk that takes you to Bonavista Lighthouse, a great place to see puffins and whales. Park in the car park at the start of the walk. Follow the trail. There is a picnic table facing the islets. After Bonavista Lighthouse, a geological curiosity with a heart carved into the rocks through which you can see the sea, you can walk along the road on the way back.
