Just after the dyke between La Haye Pond and the sea. You can also return via the carriage road that leads to the pond. 100 metres along the main road, then take the first right onto a carriage road and continue straight on to the car park.
Saint Mary's Battery Park to Gaskiers Trail
A very beautiful walk along the coast. Park in the nicely decorated car park next to the Battery. Right from the start, there is a pretty, inaccessible beach on the right with pink and mauve rocks. You cross beautiful moorland, with a few muddy patches. When you reach the point, you can see from the photos the significant erosion of the coastline. Very beautiful view of the sea and the lagoon.
