Park at the central square in Saint-Lary-Soulan.
(S/E) Go to the roundabout opposite the tourist office and go up Rue Vincent Mir. After the town hall, turn left onto Place de la Mairie and continue to the end. Turn right onto Rue des Fougères, which then becomes Rue des Coudées. Turn left onto Chemin de Tramezaïges until you reach Route de Paulhan.
(1) Cross it to take the long Chemin de Caneilles track that climbs to the right. Cross an old holiday village where the track becomes more or less tarmac until you reach the D929. Follow it carefully for about a hundred metres.
(2) Leave it to take the path climbing to the left, then winding until you reach Cami de Arias and then Tramezaïgues Town Hall.
(3) Start your visit to this village here and, on leaving, you will reach the junction of the D929 and the GR®105.
(4) Cross the road carefully and take the GR® opposite, crossing a bridge over the Neste d'Aure. Continue along this path until you reach the hamlet of Trachère.
(5) Continue straight ahead, walk alongside the cemetery and pass under the Pic Lumière cable car. Then pass the village of Cardeilhan-Trachère to reach a crossroads at the Vignec town hall.
(6) Leave the GR® here and turn right onto Rue de Saint-Lary to reach the Neste d'Aure river.
(7) Take the path on the right that runs along the right bank. Cross the footbridge and continue to the right on the right bank. You will reach the municipal swimming pool. Turn left onto Rue de la Piscine to return to the car park at Place Centrale (S/E).
