The walk starts at the car park by the stone bridge in Konitsa. The route follows the old road on the way up and the footpath on the way back (you can, of course, do it the other way round). Signposts indicate that it takes 1h30 to walk up to the monastery via the road.
The monastery is open until 2 pm and closed on Mondays and Wednesdays. It’s best to do this walk in the morning if you want to visit the monastery.
