(1) From the car park next to the school, in front of the hunters’ lodge, follow the asphalt road north to then find and take the path on the left, sometimes on the road, sometimes on the trail .
Arrive at and follow a small road (2) and head right (along the cemetery on the left.
At the next crossing (3) cross the road and continue towards the hamlet of Bréchon.
Follow this small road, keeping right until the next junction at the hamlet of La Rouvière (4). Turn right on this small road. Continue to the entrance of the hamlet of Reynouard (5), turn right, continue for about 250 m and turn left (6) first on a paved road, which then becomes a track and thereafter joins the Eyrole Pass.
Leave on the left the GR that comes from the hamlet of Hellys () 7 and continue until Eyrole Pass (8).
A few metres before the pass, head past the hunters’ shelter, to the right, open to all, and head up on the right by a narrow passage through a rocky ridge, to reach the plateau (and a beautiful view).
(9) Leave the plateau, heading due north: the view is drawn to the north gate, to the basalts of Coiron and the village of Mirabel. Pass below a rocky cirque. At the next junction, turn right, (10) and follow the GR towards Gogne. Head onto the small road to Gogne at a track/road junction (11).
Head right towards the beautiful hamlet of Gogne to then turn right (12) on a path leading down to Gras. Further below this trail has suffered erosion due to runoff and the many motor vehicles passing throguh, but is still walkable. Cross the intermittent stream under a collapsed bridge (13) before returning to Gras with a beautiful balcony trail over a limestone slab.
In gras: remains of medieval castle and ramparts, former watchtower, Romanesque chapel... Take the road in the direction of Valvignières for about 300 m before turning right at the first fork, then continue on this small road, passing between the houses. At the next intersection, cross the road and take a wide path to reach the Mas de Gras. At the first intersection, turn right on the D262, follow it for about 380 m then take a left path back to the starting point.
