Start : Entrance to Glenshane Forest on the southern side of A6, 6 miles East of Dungiven. (BT47 4SD)
(S/E) From the forest entrance cross the stile and follow the track downhill for around 720 m.
(1) Continue straight on at the crossroads. Follow the track through the forest ignoring all other turn offs for around 3 Km.
(2) Then, the route climbs steeply with a sharp left hand turn bringing you to a sheltered spot with the mass rock. Ascend the steep section South from the mass rock to come on to open mountain. Head West to make for Mullaghmore.
Care should be taken midway between Bohilbreaga and Mullaghmore as two barbedwire fences have been constructed that run north/south parallel to each other, no stiles or gates are currently in place.
(3) From Mullaghmore, loop back to White Mountain in the North (around 1.2 Km).
(4) After enjoying White Mountain, walk across Glenshane Mountain (East) for around 2.2 Km to meet the edge of the forest.
(5) Continue North along the forest edge and pick up a track on the East side of Corrick mountain.
(6) Turn right (South-East) on this track crossing a gate and find yourself back to the waypoint (1). Then turn left at the crossroads to return to start. (S/E)
