Start: Currawong Falls car park, Distillery Creek Picnic Area
Currawong Falls waymarkers
(S/E) From the car park, walk towards the tables and find an information board about the Currawong Falls circuit walk. At the junction keep straight and start walking on boardwalks. As you keep walking straight ahead, enjoy information board about plants. When you reach the next junction, keep straight following waymarker Currawong Falls. You now walk along a single track.
(1) At the next junction, keep straight and straight again still following the waymarkers. Further on you start entering the gorge and going uphill.
(2) Reach Currawong Falls viewpoint. In summertime, unfortunately, there is no water but it is worth going up for the next viewpoint! As you walk uphill, you start having views of the canopy. At the top of the hill, you reach a wide path and junction.
(3) Dogleg right then left past the pylon and start walking downhill.
(4) Further along reach an incredible view over the great ocean road and lighthouse. Keep walking on this straight forward path until you walk over a bridge and reach a path junction.
(5) Go left and at the next junction keep straight to go back to the car park and start. (S/E)
