The starting point is at the car park near the sailing club. The path is signposted and climbs gently along the coast. The first part is through the forest, then along farmland.
A circular route alternating between hiking trails and country roads. The first part is along the coast and the return journey is along small country roads and marked trails. This is a short version of a much longer 42 km circular route marked "Seven Heads Loop". Beautiful views of the coast and rural landscapes.
