Amsterdam circular canal loop
Let yourself be carried away by exploring Amsterdam on foot, where water, history and local life blend naturally as you walk. Stroll through narrow streets and slender facades that seem to watch over the canals, while the murmur of boats accompanies the silent dance of bicycles. At each bridge, a new perspective appears: changing reflections, gabled houses, a gentle and warm atmosphere. This circular invites you to capture the very essence of the city, between intimate charm and postcard-worthy scenes. Gently capture what makes Amsterdam so magical.
Circular from Renesse
An easy route that passes along the beach, near a pond and through the town centre. Dogs on leads are welcome. Beautiful scenery and no hills. The terrain is sand, earth and tarmac. Refreshments are available along the route.
Loop starting from Drunen
This loop starts at the municipal swimming pool in Drunen and it is advisable to follow the footpath to the left of the cycle path, as the latter can be very busy. The loop passes through fields with lots of flowers, and after 5 km you can take a break at a terrace to quench your thirst. The return journey is through woods and fields.

Kinderdijk
Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kinderdijk is not only worth a detour but definitely worth the trip! Most likely during the off-season to avoid (also) the tourists brought there by busloads from Rotterdam, The Hague or Amsterdam. The view of the windmills, most of which date from 1740, and the surrounding nature is absolutely magnificent and varies depending on the light... the play of clouds and sun provides a wide variety of contrasts throughout the day, sometimes giving the impression of early evening in the morning.
Kop van Schouwen
This large northern island of Zeeland is of interest to hikers because it has a huge nature reserve at its western end.
A breath of fresh air at the gateway to the port of Antwerp
Completely different from the destinations and landscapes of our usual hikes, this walk takes you on a discovery of the western branch of the Scheldt estuary and the polders in the south of Zeeland.Specially designed to avoid crowds and stay away from towns, we did it on a weekday outside of school holidays.A beautiful sunny day and a steady but not excessive wind made it a wonderful and exotic discovery.
