::1: Walk along gatehouse and turn left before the public entrance heading to information red sign. Enter the wood and quickly tur left following the purple arrow. Go down this path named "Lady Walk" until you reach a beautiful beech tree at a fork. Leave the purple arrow which shows the left path but turn right. From now, you will follow the red arrow for a long time. Continue down the path, go, straight then left until you reach a red gate.

(2) Past this gate, bear right on this gravel track, then left at the fork still following red arrows. After "Max gross weight 3 tonnes" sign, head to the red gate on your left (ignore the right one), cross the small bridge. Bear left and walk along the River Fowey on your right.

(3) Leave the red arrow sign on your left but go straight and cross the wooden bridge you can already see leading to the other bank. Continue this path along the river until you reach a road including the lovely Respryn bridge. Cross the bridge and immediately turn right going down a few steps. Go straight to the grassy path heading to the gate you can see in front of you far away and ignoring Respryn Bridge car park (National Trust) on your left.

(4) Go through this gate then a kissing gate until you reach a small footbridge over a stream. Turn left onto the road for a few meters, leave National Cycle Network 3 on your right but take the second one past the red gate following the yellow arrow. Follows these yellow arrows, but be careful crossing cycling trails (a blue one, Hart trail).

(5) The path joins a straight track, then crossroads. From now, follow the grey and white signpost (return to the car park). pay attention to cycles! Cross a final road and you are back to the car park.(S/E)
