During the walk or to do/see around

Small Pearl Bordered Fritillary
Easily confused with the Pearl Bordered Fritillary, both are of a similar size and appearance. The Small Pearl Bordered Fritillary has a mosaic of white, oranges and browns underside.

Skylark
The Skylark’s long, complicated, beautiful song-flights can last for up to an hour and they can reach 300m before descending.

Meadow Saffron
Its leaves can be confused with Wild Garlic, a potentially lethal mistake, since all parts of the plant can carry a deadly poison called Colchicine.
